A big Texan cowboy noticed a sizzling, scrumptious looking platter being served at the next table at a restaurant in Mexico City. Not only did it look good, the smell was wonderful.
He asked the waiter, "What is that you just served?"
The waiter replied, "Ah senor, you have excellent taste! Those are bull's testicles from the bull fight this morning. A delicacy!"
The cowboy, though momentarily daunted, said, "What the heck, I'm on vacation down here! Bring me an order!"
The waiter replied, "I am so sorry senor. There is only one serving per day because there is only one bull fight each morning. If you come early tomorrow and
place your order, we will be sure to save you this delicacy"!
The next morning, the cowboy returned, placed his order, and then that evening he was served the one and only special delicacy of the day.
After a few bites, and inspecting the contents of his platter, he called to the waiter and said,
"These are delicious, but they are much, much smaller than the ones I saw you serve yesterday!"
The waiter shrugged his shoulders and replied, "Si, Senor. Sometimes the bull wins."

2. 투우(toros)는 원래 스페인에서 시작 되였으나 지금은 스페인(폴투칼)문화권 나라에서 스포츠의 일종으로 즐기고 있음 (3월에서 10월). 투우는 하루에 여러 소가 하며 소가 처음 등장 할때 (투우는 격리하여 사육한다 함) 코를 벌렁거리며 앞발로 쓰모선수가 폼 재듯히 용감한척 하는 소는 겁장이로서 관중들이 퇴장하라고 하는 고함소리 크기에 따라 다른 소로 교체 함. 정말 용감한 소는 투우장에 나오자 마자 움직이는 마상의 투우사 (toreador)에 돌진합니다. 다음에 투우사 (matador)의 빨간 천으로 소의 공격을 유도하는 멋진 모습과 단칼에 서서히 쓸어지는 투우를 보며 관중은 흥분하고 환호 합니다. 참, 퇴장 당한 소는 사람과 천을 구분 할줄 알것으로 여겨 다음에 투우장에 나오면 투우사들 (toreros) 직접 공격하면 위험한 존재가 될것임으로 퇴장 후 즉시 도살 한다함 (스페인에 한함). 소는 색맹임으로 빨간 색을 보면 흥분하다는 말은,..
